BMC Airport Simulation

With this course, MATERNA together with the BMC Business School gives you the opportunity to actually simulate running an international airport in a team environment. Assuming various roles, such as the airport operations director, a member of the service desk, a technical specialist or a third-party vendor, participants deal with a host of incidents arising from all aspects of the business - control tower operations, radar, baggage handling, catering and security. Through several rounds of "play", each participant views the challenges faced by both IT and the business from the unique perspective of the role assigned to them.
